Mark J. Udren, Esquire - President Mark began his career on the commercial side of the mortgage banking industry. After obtaining his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Law School, he joined a prestigious Philadelphia law firm where he became active in commercial real estate development, finance, litigation, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Mark became heavily involved with the formation and taking public of a number of R.E.I.T.s. When that industry underwent collapse, Mark became national litigation advisor/attorney for many of these R.E.I.T.s. and commercial banks. Gaining a reputation as a skilled workout attorney, he became an officer and head of the workout effort for First Pennsylvania. This was followed by a request to form and head a Loan Workout Department for Maryland National Bank. In addition, he became Vice President and Chief Counsel of Maryland National Bank's legal department. Using his commercial experience in the residential area, Mark introduced many innovative and early techniques for time savings, loan resolution, loss mitigation and deficiency recovery, many of which have been cted at length in various mortgage banking publications. He has been a frequent lecturer for the Veteran's Administration, Fannie Mae, Radian and the Pennsylvania Mortgage Bankers Association, and has spoken on numerous regional and national MBA panels. Stuart Winneg, Esquire - Managing Litigation Attorney Stuart has been with Udren Law Offices, P.C. since 1995. In 2000, he became Litigation Manager, specializing in litigation and complex bankruptcy issues. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Mortgage Bankers Association. Since receiving his Juris Doctor from Temple University Law School in 1985, Stuart has specialized in residential foreclosures and bankruptcy giving him over 20 years experience in the industry. Lorraine Gazzara Doyle, Esquire - Associate Lorraine Gazzara Doyle joined Udren Law Offices, P.C. in 2001, handling bankruptcy, foreclosure and diverse related litigation. She has extensive experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of bankruptcy and foreclosure for the past ten years. As a facilitator for the Accelerated Degree Program at Rosemont College, Ms. Doyle has taught Business Law and Business Ethics. She graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in 1981, after receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1978 from the University of Scranton. Alan M. Minato, Esquire - Associate Alan Minato has been with Udren Law Offices, P.C. since 2003. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. Alan has represented lenders for over 10 years, with extensive experience in foreclosure law. Alan clerked for the Honorable William L. Forester in the Superior Court of New Jersey during his 1994-1995 judicial term. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 from Rutgers University with a double major in Administration of Justice and Psychology, and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 1994 where he was a Charles Richter Scholarship recipient. Tina Marie Rich - Director of Operations Tina has been the Director of Operations at Udren Law Offices, P.C., since its inception in 1994. With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, she has been successful in applying her background and training to develop procedures and management that address the needs of each client. She pilots the firm's philosophy that active management is the key to superior service. Teresa Kay Hart - Pennsylvania Office Manager Prior to joining Udren Law Offices, P.C. in 1995, Teri acquired numerous years of experience as a customer service manager. After gaining experience in all aspects of Pennsylvania foreclosure and bankruptcy, her management, customer service experience and dedication proved her to be a valuable asset and effective leader of our management team. Elaine Conti - New Jersey Office Manager Elaine has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. She has handled every aspect of foreclosure and bankruptcy in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Since joining Udren Law in 1997, she has proven herself as a highly effective leader and manager. Paralegals Our current staff of over 125 litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, ejectment, workout, loss mitigation, title resolution and REO paralegals have an average of over of 8 years experience in the mortgage banking industry.
